The North Shore just got even more LGBT– and two-spirit–inclusive. And colourful.

The Squamish Nation held an official unveiling ceremony on October 4 for its rainbow crosswalk located on Welch Street at Capilano Road.

In attendance were the Squamish Nation Council, West Vancouver Mayor Mary-Ann Booth, District of North Vancouver councilors, B.C. MLA Bowinn Ma, and North Vancouver School District trustee Kulvir Mann.
